Living RoomPrivately owned and operated, Mom and Pop's Condo is designed for the comfort and pleasure of our own family. We also welcome guests to enjoy the serenity of our cozy 1 bedroom, 2 bath home away from home.With a queen-size bed and two full-size futons, we sleep four comfortably, but can accommodate up to six people.

Our private deck offers a spectacular view of Mt. Werner Ski Area. The free Steamboat shuttle can get you to the Gondola Base Area in only 5 minutes, or enjoy a peaceful half mile walk along a beautiful pedestrian trail to the base area's shops and restaurants. The shuttle stops at our complex every 20 minutes.

BedroomWe've gone to great lengths to assure a fun and safe environment for children as well as adults, so come and reconnect with your kids and the kid in you!

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, 2 TV's, VCR, stereo with CD player, microwave, dishwasher, refridgerator, ice maker, coffee maker, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, two hot tubs, pool, 4 tennis courts, and a sand volleyball court. Our home is stocked with a large children's video library, board and card games, as well as a variety of sports equipment. This is an end unit surrounded by mature trees.

Rental Information:

  • Check in time is 4:00 pm
  • Check out time is 11:00 am
  • Absolutely no pets and no smoking.
  • 3 night minimum stay

Payment Policy:

  • 25% of the total vacation cost is due within 5 days of verbal booking to hold your reservation.
  • Balance of the total cost is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
  • For short notice bookings, call 1-800-879-6183 for availability.
  • Please note, Steamboat lodging tax of 9.4% will be added to all rates.
  • Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 60 days notice: Full Refund
  • More than 30 days notice: Deposit is withheld (unless we are able to fill the vacancy with a paying guest).
  • Less than 30 days notice: Full payment is withheld (unless we are able to fill the vacancy with a paying guest).

Booking instructions:

1. Select your arrival and departure dates. Make a reservation request via e-mail or by calling 1-800-879-6183.
2. We will promptly reply with a confirmation of availability.
3. 25% deposit will hold your reservation.
4. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
5. Upon receipt of your final payment, we will issue a key code to you.


Driving directions:

On US Hwy 40 from the west: Go to Walton Creek Road (it's the only light after you pass the Mt Werner Ski Area exit).
Turn left.
Go to Whistler Road ( it's the second road to your right).
Turn right
Go to Sparta Plaza ( it's the third road to your right).
Look for the Omicron Building. Our unit (#6) is the closest to the pool.
